Good location, friendly staff, free smartphone with data, free welcome drinks, convenient store nearby, great value for money.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The hotel's location is convenient for those who want to travel around the city. You can reach the downtown area within a short walk. the hotel is quite close to the train station, so it won't take you a long time to get there. the breakfast is decent, and there are pastries that are freshly baked.

The facilities are outdated and need renovation.

The room was small but functional, with a desk and fast wifi. The bed was firm and comfortable. The hotel staff spoke enough English to be helpful. The location was within walking distance to good restaurants. The breakfast had a good selection of both Japanese and western dishes.

We had a great stay at this hotel in a convenient location. It only took us a short, 10-minute walk from the hotel to reach Sendai station, and it was close to the pedestrian bridge to reach the bay of islands at Matsushima. The hotel facilities were excellent, with an air conditioning system that worked perfectly.
